Job summary

Fluke Calibration, part of Fluke Corporation, seeks a Staff Systems Engineer to lead mechanical and thermal design for Temperature Calibration (TCAL) products, including baths, dry-wells, furnaces, and metrology standards. You will work across disciplines with electrical, software, and metrology teams in Everett, WA.

You will translate metrology requirements into mechanical constraints, driving manufacturability and long-term supportability while reporting to the PTG manager for Temperature,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or closely related field.
• Extensive experience in mechanical, mechatronics, or electromechanical systems engineering with strong thermal design background.
• Proficiency with MCAD (Creo), GD&T (ASME Y14.5), and DFMEA.

Responsibilities

• Own mechanical and thermal design for new TCAL products, including baths, dry-wells, furnaces, and metrology standards.
• Apply refrigeration and heater-system design across the full TCAL range of products.
• Lead sustaining programs supporting the factory, including component EOL mitigation and quality/yield improvements.
• Bridge mechanical, electrical, embedded software, and metrology disciplines on shared problems.
