Job summary
The Plantation Golf Club in Leesburg, Florida is seeking an experienced Golf Course Superintendent to lead the agronomic and maintenance operations of our 36-hole facility. The successful candidate will work closely with the General Manager to develop sustainable, high-quality programs and build a strong maintenance culture.

Qualifications
- Degree or certificate in Turfgrass Management, Agronomy, Horticulture, or related field preferred; equivalent combination of education and significant golf course experience will be considered.
- Minimum 3–5 years of golf course maintenance experience with prior superintendent/assistant superintendent leadership preferred.
- Strong working knowledge of golf course agronomy, turfgrass management, irrigation systems, fertility programs, pesticide applications, course setup, and maintenance practices.
Responsibilities
- Lead agronomic and maintenance operations for 36-hole facility.
- Oversee irrigation management, fertility and chemical programs, course setup, and presentation.
- Manage equipment maintenance, budgeting, inventory, and long-range agronomic planning.
- Recruit, train, and develop maintenance staff; ensure regulatory compliance.
- Communicate course conditions and agronomic needs with club leadership.
