Job summary

Sun 'N Lake Golf Club in Sebring, FL is seeking a full-time Assistant Golf Course Superintendent to support the maintenance team across the 36-hole facility. Reporting to the Golf Course Superintendent, you will oversee daily operations and agronomic practices to uphold course quality.

The ideal candidate brings at least five years of experience, GCSAA membership, and a state pesticide license. You will supervise staff, manage schedules, assist with budgets, and ensure compliance with Troon

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of golf course maintenance experience.
• GCSAA membership required.
• State pesticide license required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and train maintenance staff.
• Prepare weekly maintenance schedules.
• Monitor inventory and maintenance equipment.
• Assist Superintendent in budget management and recordkeeping.
• Develop agronomic strategies for fertilization and irrigation.
• Calibrate and operate pesticide sprayers.
• Follow Troon HR guidelines.
• Inform members about maintenance activities.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
