Responsibilities

• Supervises and trains foremen, irrigation staff, and maintenance team.
• Prepares weekly schedules for maintenance staff.
• Monitors inventory, maintenance equipment, and safety training.
• Assists in managing the budget and maintenance records.
• Contributes to agronomic strategies for fertilization and irrigation schedules.
• Calibrates and operates pesticide sprayers.
