Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old or older.
• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Possess a minimum of 6 months in a shift management or supervisory role, preferably in a service-related business.
• Legal right to work in the United States.
• Have open availability and the ability to work flexible hours and all shifts as needed.
• Basic math and reading skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to learn quickly with a can-do attitude.

Responsibilities

• Controls costs (food, labor, cash, and controllable expenses) per budget.
• Drives sales growth by improving 5 Bells, CORE, speed of service and food quality.
• Maintains adequate staffing and scheduling for all shifts.
• Conducts performance appraisals for crew, shift managers, and assistant GMs.
• Handles hiring for new crew, shift leaders, and AGMs.
• Coaches and trains staff to meet certification and performance levels.
• Maintains restaurant cleanliness and sanitation per guidelines.
• Ensures compliance with laws and safety standards.
• Oversees maintenance and timely repairs as needed.
• Provides feedback to area coach on operating results and manages turnover.
