Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred but not required for the right operator.
• Hands-on restaurant management experience in high-volume, fast-paced concepts.
• Proven track record of running shifts and working stations, not just supervising.
• Experience managing labor, food cost, inventory, and operational metrics.

Responsibilities
