Job summary

• Experience scheduling and controlling labor and costs.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, coach, and develop a dependable team capable of running shifts independently.
• Manage daily restaurant operations, including service, food quality, cleanliness, order accuracy, and guest satisfaction.
• Create effective schedules and manage staffing, labor, employee deployment, attendance, and timekeeping.
• Interview qualified candidates and make final hiring selections.
• Provide coaching and accountability while escalating HR concerns.
• Oversee inventory, ordering, receiving, waste, food cost, cash controls, and reporting.
• Maintain food-safety, workplace-safety, sanitation, and operational standards.
• Respond to injuries, safety concerns, guest issues, and incidents.
• Ensure readiness for health, safety, brand, and evaluations.
• Identify marketing or promotional opportunities to increase visibility and traffic.
