Job summary

MooCoo Group LLC in Atlanta, GA is seeking an Experienced Restaurant General Manager to lead one or more full-service locations. You will own daily operations, develop teams, manage the P&L, and deliver hospitality, food quality, and guest satisfaction at a high level.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in general management, proven leadership, and strong financial acumen. This role offers a competitive salary of $65,000–$85,000 with a performance-based bonus and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of General Manager experience in a full-service restaurant environment preferred.
• Significant leadership experience in a high-volume restaurant operation.
• Proven ability to oversee both Front of House and Back of House operations.
• Strong understanding of restaurant financials and P&L management.
• Demonstrated experience managing labor, food costs, beverage costs, inventory, and controllable expenses.
• Proven experience recruiting, coaching, managing, and developing restaurant teams.
• Experience leading and developing other managers.
• Strong knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and restaurant operational standards.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to prioritize and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive problem-solving skills.
• Strong computer and restaurant technology skills.
• Flexible availability based on the needs of the restaurant, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Front of House and Back of House operations.
• Ensure every shift is executed at or above established restaurant standards.
• Maintain standards for food quality, service, hospitality, cleanliness, and ambiance.
• Be visible and actively engaged on the restaurant floor.
• Manage shifts and make real-time operational decisions.
• Maintain staffing levels and scheduling based on business needs.
• Ensure consistent execution of recipes, food preparation, presentation, and service standards.
• Oversee inventory, ordering, receiving, storage, and product controls.
• Maintain operational systems and ensure managers follow them.
• Investigate and resolve guest concerns professionally.
• Develop relationships with regular guests and build loyalty.
• Ensure proper opening, running, and closing procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organized, professional environment.
• Oversee restaurant technology and POS systems, scheduling, payroll/timekeeping, and inventory platforms.
• Communicate effectively between shifts and with leadership.
• Plan and execute events when applicable.
