Millman Search Group is seeking a hands-on General Manager for a 132-room full-service hotel in Bellingham, WA. The GM will own operations, guest experience, and revenue in coordination with the sales team and ownership. You will manage on-site restaurant and catering, implement the budget, and stay close to ownership while coaching department leaders and staying on the floor. This role requires a strong GM track record in full-service hotels and a hands-on style.

Qualifications

• Hotel General Manager experience with full-service operation and F&B responsibility.
• Experience budgeting and managing hotel operating budgets.
• Ability to coach a director of sales and lead on-floor operations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, own, and manage the annual operating budget and review results.
• Lead food and beverage, including restaurant P&L and catering.
• Guide the director of sales and align with revenue strategy.
• Recruit, coach, and retain department leaders; spend time on the floor.
• Maintain brand quality and comply with operating standards.
• Keep licenses, inspections, cash controls, and life safety current.
• Represent the hotel with local business and hospitality groups.
• Report clearly to operations leadership and ownership.
