Confidential Hospitality Group is seeking an experienced General Manager for a Dunkin Donuts location in a fast-paced environment. The role requires hands-on leadership to drive exceptional guest service, uphold brand standards, and manage frontline teams across baristas, cooks, and staff.

The ideal candidate leads by example, stores maintain accountability, and actively collaborates with leadership to optimize operations, staffing, and profitability in a busy cafe setting.

Qualifications

• Previous management experience in a coffee shop, cafe, quick-service restaurant, or similar food service environment.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Ability to hold teams accountable while maintaining a positive workplace culture.
• Resourceful problem-solving mindset with a proven ability to identify issues, create solutions, and see them through to completion.
• Reliable and able to work the required early morning schedule.

• Lead daily operations to ensure exceptional guest service and efficient store performance.
