Job summary

Confidential Hospitality Group is seeking an experienced General Manager for a Dunkin Donuts location in a fast-paced environment. The role requires hands-on leadership to drive exceptional guest service, uphold brand standards, and manage frontline teams across baristas, cooks, and staff.

The ideal candidate leads by example, stores maintain accountability, and actively collaborates with leadership to optimize operations, staffing, and profitability in a busy cafe setting.

Qualifications

• Previous management experience in a coffee shop, cafe, quick-service restaurant, or similar food service environment.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.

We are seeking an experienced, hands-on General Manager to lead our Dunkin' Donuts team. Candidates with strong coffee shop, cafe, or quick-service restaurant management experience are encouraged to apply.

Most Important

This is not a desk-only management position. The General Manager must be willing and able to jump in and support frontline operations whenever needed, including assisting baristas, line cooks, dishwashers, and other team members during busy periods or staffing shortages. We are looking for a leader who leads by example and is not afraid to roll up their sleeves and work alongside the team.
