Job summary

EthosEnergy is seeking a Gas Turbine Repair Specialist for the 2nd shift at our Houston, TX gas turbine repair facility. This hands-on role plans and coordinates repairs on rotating equipment, from inspection to final balancing, with ERP documentation and cross‑functional coordination.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in turbomachinery repair, 2–3 years in a shop/manufacturing environment, plus strong customer relations and project planning skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years direct turbomachinery repair experience.

Responsibilities

• Review job releases, equipment history, and documentation to confirm scope of work and prepare incoming inspection packages.
• Build and maintain ERP job records, shop work packages, inspection forms, and related production documentation.
• Review drawings, specifications, work instructions, and inspection results to verify compliance with standards.
• Develop repair scopes and cost estimates covering labor, materials, outside services, and required technical resources.
• Coordinate scope, estimates, and technical requirements with Engineering, Manufacturing, Project Management, Commercial, and leadership.
• Lead project scope reviews, document changes, and update cost worksheets and ERP records.
