Job summary

EthosEnergy is seeking a 2nd Shift CNC Machinist in Houston, TX to set up and operate machine tools for precision components in gas turbine repair. You will learn from experienced machinists and grow with a global leader, with full training provided and overtime opportunities based on business needs.

The role requires manual machining experience; entry-level candidates completing technical programs are welcome to apply and will be trained to support multiple shop areas.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Technical school or associate degree preferred.
• Hands-on machining experience is valued.

Responsibilities

• Set up, adjust, and operate lathes, milling machines, grinders to produce precision parts.
• Read blueprints and engineering drawings to determine machining methods.
• Measure using micrometers and calipers for quality checks.
• Maintain and troubleshoot machines; perform basic maintenance as needed.
• Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to meet specifications.
• Ensure safety and quality standards throughout production.
