Job summary

Shyft6 is seeking a Food Manufacturing Warehouse Associate for our TX facility in McKinney. You will process ingredients for Production using accurate weighing, labeling, and documentation in line with SOPs.

You will operate pallet jacks, follow GMPs, and work in a fast-paced environment, ensuring inventory accuracy and safety. High school education required with basic math, communication, and multitasking skills.

Qualifications

• Basic mathematical ability for unit conversions and measurements.
• Clear written and spoken English communication required.
• Good time management and organizational skills.
• Basic computer literacy to log documentation.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced setting.
• Capable of working independently within a defined work zone.
• Comfort with potential high-stress environments.

Responsibilities

• Process ingredients accurately per recipe and SOP with weighing and labeling.
• Document lot numbers and weights to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Minimize waste and prevent foreign material contamination.
• Follow GMPs, SOPs, and safety policies at all times.
• Operate pallet jacks and other required equipment safely.
• Train new staff within the department if needed.
• Adhere to allergen control programs and HACCP when applicable.
