Ayvaz Pizza LLC in The Woodlands, TX is seeking a Restaurant General Manager who leads from the floor, not from behind a desk. This hands-on operator will work alongside the team during every rush to set the pace and deliver on brand standards.

You will own people, products, and profits, drive sales through speed and guest satisfaction, manage labor and costs, and develop future leaders through living coaching on the line.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated hands-on restaurant leadership in high-volume settings.
• Experience managing labor, food cost, and inventories.
• Proven ability to coach and develop team members on the floor.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of restaurant operations on the floor during peak periods.
• Ensure food quality, service, cleanliness, and brand standards.
• Drive speed-of-service and guest satisfaction in real time on the line.
• Recruit, hire, train, and coach restaurant staff and shift leaders.
• Develop schedules balancing guest demand with labor goals and manage P&L.
