The role requires 3–5 years of supervisory experience in assembly within manufacturing, strong organizational and computer skills, and bilingual English/Spanish; the company offers comprehensive benefits and long-term growth opportunities in a dynamic U.S. facility.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of supervisory experience in assembly within a manufacturing environment.
• 1+ years of manufacturing experience.
• Strong organizational and computer skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bilingual English/Spanish required.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical direction and prioritize work for department staff.
• Ensure resources (materials, tools, labor) are available for production.
• Monitor raw material usage and coordinate orders.
• Ensure assembly schedules and production requirements are met.
• Ensure proper documentation is completed and processed.
• Provide hands‑on technical knowledge of assembly processes and troubleshoot production issues.
• Perform other related duties as required.
