Esta posición será responsable de la supervisión general del departamento, proporcionar dirección técnica, priorizar el trabajo, garantizar la disponibilidad de los recursos necesarios para la producción y asegurar el cumplimiento de los programas de ensamblaje y los estándares de calidad.

Responsabilidades Principales

• Proporcionar dirección técnica y priorizar el trabajo del personal del departamento.

• Asegurar la disponibilidad de los recursos necesarios para la producción, incluyendo materiales, herramientas y mano de obra.

• Supervisar el uso de materias primas y coordinar pedidos según sea necesario.

• Garantizar el cumplimiento de los programas y requisitos de producción y ensamblaje.

• Asegurar que la documentación correspondiente sea completada y procesada correctamente.

• Contar con conocimiento técnico y experiencia práctica en procesos de ensamblaje y resolución de problemas relacionados con la producción.

Requisitos

• Título universitario relacionado con 1+ años de experiencia en manufactura.

• Sólidas habilidades organizativas e informáticas.

• Excelentes habilidades de comunicación e interpersonales.
