This hands-on leadership role requires balancing operational oversight with hands-on labor, ensuring safety, efficiency, and exceptional customer service across residential and commercial moves. The ideal candidate will manage schedules, budgets, and staffing while staying adaptable to changing needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of experience in operations, logistics, or moving services.
• Supervisory or management experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and DOT-compliant driving record.
• Ability to safely operate company vehicles and lift heavy loads.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel 30–40%.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily moving, transportation, and warehouse operations to ensure efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate crew schedules, dispatch, truck availability, and daily needs.
• Plan routes, staffing, and equipment assignments for changing demands.
• Lead field crews and support drivers, movers, and technicians as needed.
• Maintain safety, quality, and compliance with company policies and DOT rules.
• Monitor budgets, labor, and resource allocation to improve profitability.
