Qualifications

• 3+ years of management with field crews.
• Strong sense of urgency and accountability.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on leadership of daily field and office operations.
• Coordinate with PMs and supervisors each morning.
• Ensure remediation work is planned and resourced.
• Maintain clear communication across leadership and staff.
• Ensure safety, timeliness, and budget alignment.
• Oversee multiple projects and allocate labor and equipment.
