Wealthspire invites talented accounting students to join our internship program. This role provides hands-on experience in bookkeeping, accounts payable, reconciliations, and financial reporting using QuickBooks Online and Bill.com.

Ideal for detail-oriented students seeking practical accounting experience in a professional setting. You should be pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Accounting, with strong Excel skills, good communication, and the ability to manage time and meet deadlines.

Qualificações

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field; junior or senior standing preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and commitment to accuracy.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel; familiarity with QuickBooks Online or Bill.com is a plus.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Support day-to-day bookkeeping and general accounting activities.
• Assist with the preparation of financial reports and cash flow analyses.
• Process accounts payable transactions accurately and timely using Bill.com.
• Assist with bank and credit card reconciliations and help resolve discrepancies.
• Enter, review, and maintain financial information in QuickBooks Online and other accounting systems.
• Maintain organized and accurate accounting records and supporting documentation.
• Provide support for special projects and administrative tasks, as assigned.
