Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field; junior or senior standing preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel; familiarity with QuickBooks Online or Bill.com is a plus.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage time, prioritize assignments, and meet deadlines in a professional environment.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day bookkeeping and general accounting activities.
• Assist with the preparation of financial reports and cash flow analyses.
• Process accounts payable transactions accurately and timely using Bill.com.
• Assist with bank and credit card reconciliations and help resolve discrepancies.

The hourly range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00 per hour. The base salary offered will be determined by factors including, but not limited to, experience, credentials, education, certifications, skill level required for the position, the scope of the position, and geographic location. Actual base salary offered will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
