Qualifications

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel; familiarity with QuickBooks Online or Bill.com is a plus.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day bookkeeping and general accounting activities.
• Assist with financial reports and cash flow analyses.
• Process accounts payable transactions using Bill.com.
• Assist with reconciliations of bank and credit card statements.
• Enter and maintain financial data in QuickBooks Online and other systems.
• Maintain organized accounting records and supporting documentation.
• Support special projects and administrative tasks as assigned.
