Job summary

Anderson Automotive Group is seeking a Building Maintenance Technician to support Raleigh dealership facilities with hands-on repairs and routine upkeep. The role covers multiple sites and requires initiative, reliability, and strong communication.

You will assist the senior facility manager, coordinate housekeeping, inspect buildings and systems, and help with event setups as needed. A valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable MVR.
• Strong hands-on maintenance ability.

Responsibilities

• Perform onsite repairs for dealership facilities.

• Conduct regular inspections of buildings, equipment and systems.
