Job summary

Anderson Automotive Group in Raleigh is seeking a Building Maintenance Technician to support multiple dealership facilities and assist the senior facility manager. The role focuses on hands-on maintenance, repairs, and timely service delivery across campus locations.

You will conduct regular inspections, coordinate with vendors and housekeeping, and help maintain safety and cleanliness standards while enabling efficient operations.

What we are looking for

• Someone with the ability to ensure a productive environment to enable the delivery of various facility services
• Strong hands-on ability to directly perform and assist with onsite repairs for the dealership
• A self-starter who can manage their daily tasks and time efficiently
• Assist our senior facility manager at other locations as needed
• Develop and maintain appropriate relationships with key employees, management and outside vendors, while being heavily involved in hands-on maintenance
• Has continued focus and communication with housekeeping to ensure service levels are met
• Conduct regular inspection tours of all buildings, equipment and systems
• Assists in special event setup and activities
• Other duties as assigned by General Manager
• Valid driver's license with acceptable motor vehicle record is required
• Highschool diploma or equivalent
