Job summary

The Anderson Automotive Group is seeking a Building Maintenance Technician for our Raleigh locations. You will perform hands-on maintenance and repairs across dealership facilities, conduct regular inspections, and support the senior facility manager across multiple campuses. A valid driver’s license and reliable, organized work style are required.

Qualifications

• Highschool diploma or equivalent.
• Strong hands-on ability to perform and assist with onsite repairs for the dealership.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable motor vehicle record.
• Clear communication and organized approach to tasks.

Responsibilities

• Perform and assist with onsite maintenance and repairs across dealership facilities.
• Regularly inspect buildings, equipment, and systems to ensure proper operation.
• Assist senior facility manager at other locations as needed.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to maintain service levels.
• Support event setups and other duties as assigned by the General Manager.
