Responsibilities include supervising maintenance programs, performing diagnostics on HVAC and refrigeration systems, coordinating with vendors, and managing work orders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of facilities, maintenance, or technical experience.
• Strong working knowledge of HVAC and refrigeration systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot and perform hands-on repairs.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee facilities maintenance for restaurants within the Virginia Beach market.
• Coordinate and manage preventative maintenance programs.
• Provide hands-on diagnostics and support for HVAC systems, commercial refrigeration, and kitchen equipment.
• Address basic electrical and plumbing issues as needed.
• Determine whether repairs should be done in-house or by approved vendors.
• Manage and track work orders using Corrigo or a similar system.
• Ensure compliance with brand standards and safety requirements.
• Partner with General Managers and Area Leaders to support restaurant performance.
• Assist with minor remodels, reimages, and equipment replacements as needed.
• Maintain vendor relationships and manage maintenance expenses within budget.
