Responsibilities

• Ensure proper care of spares, tools and other related and assigned equipment.
• Maintain knowledge of current standards, codes and procedures regarding safe and effective use of clinical equipment, document all repair actions and submit reports/summaries according to schedule.
• Provide prompt resolution to problems as they arise.
• Enhance technical knowledge and develop proficiency on current product lines through independent and/or formal instruction.
• Facilitate and verify safe operation and effective performance of medical devices and systems through quality control.
• Effectively resolve customer issues and accomplish administrative tasks and requirements of the position as required.
• Customizes units and makes adjustments or repairs according to written specifications.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year in repair and maintenance of electrical equipment, computers, machines, etc.
• Experience using electronic test equipment.
• Having prior education, training & knowledge of basic electronics. Prior use of electronic, hand, power, and pneumatic tools.
• Minimum of at least 1 year in technical/electronics manufacturing environment.
