Job summary

Responsibilities

• Receives work orders for repair/maintenance at Brown University Health Affiliates.
• Performs furniture and fixture repairs and installations, painting, tiling and related tasks.
• Inspects fire extinguishers and emergency lighting; handles basic plumbing/electrical fixes.
• Coordinates with customers on schedules and completes basic records.
