Job summary

Qualifications

• Knowledge of BOMA standards.
• Two years of related architectural/construction experience.
• Ability to interact with hospital personnel and external contractors.

Responsibilities

• Ensure technical quality of construction and client satisfaction.
• Monitor budget, staff time, and project costs; review invoices.
• Supervise maintenance staff and ensure work orders meet client expectations.
• Coordinate contractors to meet specifications and timetables.
• Collaborate with planners, architects, engineers as needed.
• Assist in development of RFPs and preliminary estimates.
