• Perform general handyman repairs (doors, painting, ceiling tiles, shelves, fixtures, lighting, plumbing, flooring, molding, drywall).
• Complete preventative maintenance and coordinate outside repairs when needed.
• Assist with snow removal, landscaping, or other property-related tasks.
• Keep records of completed repairs and identify recurring maintenance issues.
• Assist with preparing spaces for new employees, office moves, renovations, and other facility needs.
• Respond to maintenance requests from employees and management.
