Job summary

Esposito Construction is seeking a hardworking General Construction Laborer in Colts Neck Township, NJ to help with interior and exterior residential projects, including door fixes, wall repairs, and basic landscaping. You will work closely with the team to maintain safety and quality standards on site.

Candidates should be physically fit, able to operate hand and power tools, and follow instructions. Prior experience in construction is preferred, and a valid driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction or related field preferred.
• Basic knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, and electrical systems.
• Ability to safely operate hand and power tools.
• Strong physical stamina for manual labor and outdoor work.

Responsibilities

• Fixing and installing interior and exterior doors, including handles, hinges and locks.
• Ensuring door installations and repairs meet safety and quality standards.
• Repairing and maintaining interior walls, including patching holes and painting.
• Assisting with constructing new walls and partitions as needed.
• Performing a variety of tasks to support residential construction and renovation.
• Raking leaves, debris removal, and site cleanliness.
• Assisting with fencing installation and repair.
• Carrying out small landscaping tasks such as planting and lawn care.
• Adhering to safety protocols and reporting hazards to the supervisor.
