Qualifications

• Experience operating a variety of hand power tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily building repairs including carpentry, painting, wallpapering and window/door installation.
• Prepare, clear and clean work areas after tasks.
• Operate tools and equipment safely and responsibly.
• Utilize heavy machinery and motorized equipment as needed.
