Job summary

Mosaic is seeking a Maintenance Specialist to join our team, focusing on prioritizing repair needs for Mosaic properties to meet safety regulations.

Responsibilities include plumbing, HVAC, ground maintenance, and collaboration with outside contractors. Ideal candidates have at least one year of supervisory maintenance experience and a valid driver’s license. Schedule: Monday-Friday Day Hours.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum of one year of supervisory experience in maintenance work.
Experience in construction is preferred.
Valid state driver's license is required.
Other licenses may be a requirement depending on city, county or state.

Responsibilities

Assist in the maintenance and general repair of plumbing, air conditioning, heating, appliances and vehicles.
Assist with maintenance of grounds, including trimming shrubs, mowing lawns and snow removal to ensure grounds are free of hazards.
Repair and maintain homes to keep them in good condition for licensure.
Collaborate with outside contractors for repair and maintenance of electrical and plumbing equipment, carpentry, painting, alarms, fire sprinkler systems and vehicles.
