Job summary

Mosaic in Terre Haute, IN is seeking a Facility Maintenance Specialist to oversee daily maintenance requests, prioritize repairs, and ensure facilities meet safety standards for licensure.

The role requires at least one year of maintenance experience, a high school diploma, and a valid driver’s license. You will work Monday through Friday, 8:00–4:30, with some flexibility; daily pay options and benefits are provided.

• Ability to adapt and be agile in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the maintenance and repair of plumbing, air conditioning, heating, appliances and vehicles.
• Assist with maintenance of grounds, including trimming shrubs, mowing lawns and snow removal to ensure grounds are free of hazards.
• Repair and maintain homes to keep them in good condition for licensure.
• Collaborate with outside contractors for repair and maintenance of electrical and plumbing equipment, carpentry, painting, alarms, fire sprinkler systems and vehicles.

We're looking for a Facility Maintenance Specialist to join our team!

As a Maintenance Specialist with Mosaic, you'll be responsible for reviewing electronic maintenance requests to prioritize repair needs for each Mosaic owned property to adhere to the safety regulations and requirements.

Schedule:Monday-Friday. 8-4:30 -with a 30 minute unpaid lunch or 8:30-5:00pm with 30 min meal period

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of one year of supervisory experience in maintenance work.
• Experience in construction is preferred.
• Valid state driver's license is required.
• Other licenses may be a requirement depending on city, county or state.
