Qualifications

• 3–5 years minimum experience in manufacturing maintenance management.
• Experience planning maintenance operations and understanding plumbing, carpentry, electrical systems.
• Proven leadership and ability to drive change and continuous improvement.
• Lean, TPM, or other continuous improvement methods experience.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Computer literacy required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs.
• Track maintenance KPIs and drive improvements.
• Oversee maintenance of facilities for 150+ employees in 24-hour operation.
• Manage maintenance staff training and development.
• Coordinate with contractors and service providers.
• Ensure health and safety policies meet standards.
