Job summary

Cleveland Gear Co. is seeking a Project Manager – Facilities & Continuous Improvement to lead facility-related projects, maintenance improvements, and capital initiatives at the Cleveland, OH site. You will drive lean improvements and partner with Maintenance, Production, Engineering, Quality, and EHS to deliver measurable results.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership on the shop floor, proactive problem solving, and delivering sustained ROI across 5S, safety, and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in manufacturing, facilities, or continuous improvement.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects and teams.
• Experience with Lean manufacturing and 5S.

Responsibilities

• Lead facility-related projects from concept to sustainment.
• Improve preventive maintenance programs and equipment reliability.
• Manage capital and infrastructure projects with ROI focus.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Maintenance, Engineering, Quality, EHS/HR.
• Oversee contractors and vendors; ensure safety and compliance.
• Establish project scopes, schedules, and budgets; report to Plant Manager.
