Job summary

Responsibilities

• Oversee the work of vendors and service providers.
• Routinely drive between multiple company locations to deliver materials and conduct maintenance.
• Serve as the central point of contact for building maintenance inquiries (renovations, office furniture repair/construction/replacement).
• Communicate with facilities management about work requiring outside expert assistance.
• Recommend facilities solutions that add value for the company.
• Create and maintain strong relationships with Human Resources, Safety and Security, and other teams.
