Burrow Global is seeking a Fabrication Project Manager with 8–10 years of hands-on experience in industrial fabrication. You will own the end-to-end master schedule for client requests, driving projects from initial drawings through final delivery on-site in Jacksonville, FL.

The role requires deep knowledge of steel fabrication processes, welding standards, QA/QC workflows, coating/finishing protocols, and shop-floor logistics.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of hands-on industrial or steel fabrication shop experience.
• Deep understanding of steel fabrication processes, welding standards, QA/QC workflows, coating/finishing protocols, and shop floor logistics.
• Ability to read engineering design documents and translate them into actionable plans.
• Strong track record of tracking procurement, managing schedules, developing estimates, managing budgets, and controlling change orders.
• Clear, direct communication style with the ability to interface between shop personnel, procurement, and external clients.

Responsibilities

• Master Schedule Ownership: Lead and manage the complete project lifecycle from drawing release to final delivery.
• Project Dashboard & Reporting: Maintain and present a clear dashboard with deliverables, overdue tasks, bottlenecks, and timelines.
• Team Coordination: Lead weekly cross-functional shop meetings to clear roadblocks and align schedule.
• Execution & Control: Monitor labor hours vs. budget, evaluate scope changes, and coordinate customer inspections and delivery.
