Job summary

AXIOM is seeking a Project Manager with hands-on fabrication experience to lead the delivery of architectural environments, retail activations, and experiences. You will oversee design through installation, coordinating with sales, engineers, fabricators and management to ensure profitable projects.

The role emphasizes planning, process, and proactive problem solving, with frequent local travel and a focus on maintaining schedules, budgets, and quality across multiple projects.

Qualifications

• Hands-on metal fabrication, carpentry, woodworking, or cabinet making experience is mandatory.
• Experience managing multiple project phases (design, estimating, planning, production, installation).
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
• Willingness to travel locally and maintain a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Lead project management for installations, coordinating with Sales, Account Managers and Designers.
• Navigate design, estimating, planning, development, production, and installation phases.
• Maintain relationships with clients, agencies, contractors, architects and artists.
