Job summary

MNL is seeking an Equipment & Yard Technician for the Otsego, MN area. This hands-on role keeps equipment, vehicles, and materials clean, organized, and ready for daily field deployment.

Responsibilities include vehicle cleaning, basic checks, daily load prep, equipment movement, and end-of-day reset to ensure a smooth transition for the next shift. Prior related experience is helpful but not required, as training is provided.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.
• Must be able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Basic comfort with driving and maneuvering trucks or other equipment, or willingness to learn.
• Experience in construction, agriculture, landscaping or similar industries is helpful but not required.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment with daily physical activity.

Responsibilities

• Clean and reset company vehicles and equipment: wash, detail and prep for deployment.
• Perform basic equipment checks and inspect fluids and walk-around state.
• Assist with preventative maintenance tasks and daily upkeep.
• Move equipment and vehicles around the yard and park safely.
• Load equipment and materials and secure for transport.
• Review and prepare daily load requests with managers and supervisors.
• Keep the yard and staging areas organized for quick access.
• Support end-of-day reset and handoff for the next shift.
• Pitch in with other duties to keep field operations running smoothly.
