Job summary

TEAM is seeking a Maintenance Technician I to perform preventative maintenance and repair unplanned breakdowns of equipment at our Minnesota facility. This role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and hands-on problem solving in a manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 2 years maintenance-related experience preferred.
• Ability to operate both Forklifts and Aerial Lifts.
• Must be able to communicate with a variety of people and work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance and repair unplanned breakdowns of equipment.
• Ensure a safe work environment and follow all safety rules and regulations.
• Complete all required documentation and provide technical support to production personnel.
• Maintain and operate coolant recycling system; replace filters and inspect air compressors and dryers.
• Perform levels of preventive maintenance on production equipment and troubleshoot hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical systems.
