Job summary

Virginia Green is seeking a hands-on Equipment Technician to keep operations running smoothly. You will repair and maintain equipment and small engines, perform preventative maintenance, and support regional branches as needed.

A valid driver’s license and 1–2 years of small engine repair experience are required; VDACS and forklift certifications should be obtained within 30 days. This is a hands-on, physical role with lifting up to 75 lbs and on-site work.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of related experience in small engine repair.
• Must be 18+ and able to obtain VDACS and forklift certifications within 30 days.
• Strong attention to detail and basic math skills.

Responsibilities

• Repair and maintain equipment and small engines.
• Perform preventative maintenance on field equipment.
• Offload deliveries and manage inventory.
• Transport equipment for off-site repairs and support branches.
