Masterson Staffing is seeking motivated Entry Level CNC Workers to join a manufacturing team in Wisconsin. Gain hands-on experience operating CNC milling machines, lathes, and related tooling while learning from experienced machinists.

You will read blueprints, measure parts with calipers and micrometers, assist setup and calibration of equipment including press brakes, and help ensure quality and safety in a fast-paced environment. Training is provided for entry-level candidates.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC milling machines, lathes, and programming tools under supervision.
• Interpret drawings, blueprints, and production documents.
• Use calipers, micrometers, and gauges to verify dimensions.
• Assist with setup and calibration of equipment including press brakes and stamping presses.
• Follow safety standards and maintain clean, organized workstations.
• Support assembly and packaging of finished parts.
• Read shop math and perform basic fabrication calculations.
