Masterson Staffing is seeking motivated entry level CNC workers in Wisconsin to join our manufacturing team. You will assist in machining, assembling, and inspecting components, while learning to operate CNC milling machines, lathes, and fabrication tools under supervision.

Ideal candidates have a mechanical aptitude, are safety minded, and eager to learn. Training is provided; this role offers consistent weekly pay and opportunities to develop hands-on skills in machining environments.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with CNC programming or CAM is a plus.
• Basic understanding of mechanical blueprint reading and interpretation of technical drawings.
• Knowledge of shop math, GD&T, and dimensional measurements.
• Experience with industrial equipment troubleshooting is advantageous.
• Willingness to learn new skills related to CNC machining, assembly, and quality control.

Responsabilités

• Operate CNC milling machines, lathes under supervision.
• Interpret drawings, blueprints, and production documents accurately.
• Use calipers, micrometers, and gauges to ensure dimensional accuracy.
• Assist with setup and calibration of equipment including presses.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot industrial equipment as needed.
• Handle materials safely using hand tools and forklifts.
• Follow safety standards and maintain clean, organized workstations.
• Read shop math and apply basic fabrication calculations.
