Prime Partners seeks a hands-on Field Engineer to design, program, and commission enterprise ACS, VMS, and related network infrastructure. Expect up to 50% travel, including overnight and out-of-state assignments, and serve as a technical resource for project managers and technicians.

You will configure LenelS2 OnGuard, Genetec Security Center/Synergis, and Software House CCURE 9000, troubleshoot field systems, document changes, and support turnover with strong certifications and field

Competenze

4+ years of hands-on low voltage experience in enterprise physical security.
Experience engineering, programming, and commissioning enterprise security systems.
Proven experience deploying both ACS and VMS platforms in large-scale multi-site environments.
Strong knowledge of access control hardware, readers, relays, and electronic locks.
Working knowledge of TCP/IP, VLANs, PoE, and network troubleshooting.
Understanding of copper and fiber structured cabling and testing.
Experience with multimeters, network testers, and cable certification testers.
Ability to solve complex field problems independently and explain technical issues clearly.
Valid driver's license and ability to travel up to 50% and work overtime as needed.
Ability to climb ladders and work on construction sites for extended periods.

Mansioni

Engineer, program, configure, test, and commission enterprise access control and video surveillance systems (LenelS2 OnGuard, Genetec Security Center/Synergis, Software House CCURE 9000).
Configure and troubleshoot intelligent controllers, panels, I/O modules, readers, and lock hardware.
Set up IP cameras, recording servers, video management software, and network connectivity.
Diagnose complex network, power, relay, wiring, and device performance issues.
Read construction drawings, wiring diagrams, specs, and manufacturer docs.
Perform functional testing and field inspections to meet project requirements and codes.
Document configurations, programming changes, tests, and as-builts.
Support customer demonstrations, acceptance testing, and operator training.
Coordinate with project teams, general contractors, and customer IT departments.
Mentor junior engineers and technicians, and support service teams on escalated issues.
