Job summary

BI WORLDWIDE is seeking an Application Manager to join our Corporate Applications team. You will manage and support the software applications delivered by the department, working closely with internal customers, external vendors and integration partners to ensure reliable data exchange and smooth operation.

Ideal candidates have at least 5 years in technical application management, strong cloud experience, and a track record in ecommerce/financial systems.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' technical application management experience.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in cloud computing.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in financial systems or ecommerce.
• BS/BA in Computer Science or related field, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for application support, responding to issues from internal customers and vendors.
• Lead issue triage and troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve application problems securely and efficiently.
• Monitor application health, scheduled processes, integrations, and batch jobs for timely resolution.
• Onboarding, configure, test, validate, and support EDI transactions and partner integrations.
• Execute functional, integration, and regression testing before production deployment.
• Coordinate activities with global support, development, and business resources for timely delivery.
• Maintain operational procedures and knowledge base content to promote consistency.
