You will assist in supervising engineering operations, maintaining essential building systems, and coordinating preventive maintenance programs.

Qualifications

• Previous engineering or maintenance leadership experience required.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
• Organized, dependable, and safety focused.
• Able to lead, train, and motivate a maintenance team.
• Skilled in troubleshooting and problem solving.
• Comfortable working hands on and managing multiple priorities.
• Ability to lift, move, climb, and work with tools and equipment.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Flexible to work any shifts including holidays and weekends.
