DR HOTEL EMPLOYEE LEASING LLC at Marriott Boca Raton in Boca Raton, FL is seeking an engineering leader to supervise operations, maintenance staff, and building systems. The role supports the engineering team, preventive programs, and hands-on system maintenance.

You will assist in leading the team, maintaining HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems, and responding to requests while managing inventory and tools. The position is full time with shifts including holidays and weekends.
