DIMENSION MASTER is seeking a hands-on engineering leader in Boca Raton, FL to supervise operations, support maintenance staff, and manage building systems. You will assist the engineering team, oversee preventive maintenance programs, and ensure HVAC, electrical, and plumbing work is performed safely and efficiently.

The role emphasizes leadership, hands-on problem solving, and balancing multiple priorities while maintaining high safety standards.

Qualifications

• Previous engineering or maintenance leadership experience required.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
• Organized, dependable, and safety focused.
• Able to lead, train, and motivate a maintenance team.
• Skilled in troubleshooting and problem solving.
• Comfortable working hands on and managing multiple priorities.
• Ability to lift, move, climb, and work with tools and equipment.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
