Job summary

Ashton North LLC is seeking an Engineering Supervisor for New Product Development in the Binghamton, NY area. This leadership role combines hands-on engineering with strategic oversight of prototyping, testing, and product launches.

You will lead a multidisciplinary team and guide projects from concept through production release, providing technical mentorship and ensuring robust design reviews while coordinating with Operations, Quality, and Applications teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field is required.
• 3+ years of product development engineering experience with hands-on prototyping.
• Leadership or technical mentorship experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a multidisciplinary team of Design, Development, and Test Engineers.
• Lead new product development from concept through prototyping, validation, and production release.
• Provide hands-on technical guidance in design, prototyping, testing, and design reviews.
• Manage priorities and engineering resources across multiple development programs.
• Partner with Operations, Quality, and Application Engineering to support product development and manufacturing transition.
• Drive improvements to prototyping and product development processes.
